Tight (two foot) turns, zig zag formation at neutral zone, without (then with pucks).

(water break)

Cats vs. Dogs; without (then with pucks)

Stations:

#1 - in neutral zone; obstacle course; shoot and score

#2 - piggy in the middle (can't pass to player beside you)

(water break)

(time permitting) 2 on 1 (coaches are defenders); must make min. 2 passes.

Scrimmage in small teams (circle the zones, then go for puck).
